Full conference registration fee includes AM and PM breaks, Tuesday and Wednesday lunches, Monday and Wednesday evening receptions, training sessions, a tools spotlight, special interest meetings, and all conference materials. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. If you are interested in having guests attend any of the lunches or evening events, tickets will be available for purchase at the conference registration desk on-site.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If your plans change and you cannot attend, written notice must be provided to the ASFPM Executive Office. Avoid the cancellation service charge by sending a substitute from your organization! Otherwise, cancellations before and including 1/6/25 will get a full refund minus a $50 service charge. Starting on 1/7/27 no refunds will be made, though substitutions will still be accepted. All registrations received by ASFPM are subject to the cancellation policy regardless of payment status. No shows will be charged the full amount.
